QODBC: How to Disable Non-Updateable Fields

If you use QODBC to create your own QuickBooks add-ons with Microsoft Access, this article might interest you:
You don't want users trying to change data that's not updateable but instead of manually disabling those fields, a bit of code lets VBA do it for you when the form opens. Any form. 

This means when QuickBooks changes a field's updateable value, the form automatically changes too.

There's a bonus as well. If there are fields you don't want users to update, like social security number or others, this method lets you add those fields to a table so VBA disables them on the form in spite of their updateable value.
