Appendix A: Microsoft Access Immediate Window

To see the Immediate Window, go to the Visual Basic Editor. If you do not know how to open the Visual Basic Editor, see:

Appendix C: How to Open the Visual Basic Editor
            www.thegenericdatabase.com/2011/09/appendix-c-opening-visual-basic-editor.html

Select Immediate Window from the View menu of the Visual Basic Editor menubar.

Debug.print statement appear here. This is handy for error trapping.

You can also run procedures and functions that do not require variable data from the immediate window by typing the name of the function or procedure.
